Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Alina M. Galliano- Pardo, MD, FAPA, FASAM completed her medical school and residency training at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Galliano-Pardo has been practicing psychiatry for over 20 years and has diagnosed and treated thousands of patients. She is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. She has extensive experience working with psychiatric and addiction patient’s inpatient, outpatient, and intensive outpatient programs.
Dr. Galliano-Pardo established Beaches Behavioral in Jacksonville Beach in 2011 for General Psychiatry services and created Beaches TMS and Brain Health in 2018 to meet the needs of patients with treatment resistant conditions.
Dr Galliano-Pardo is committed to personally evaluating and monitoring the treatment of the patients in her clinics from beginning to end. In a world of constant change, she is committed in using the best technologies and latest approaches with the goal of recovery and success for each of our patients. Using a collaborative approach, she works with psychiatrists and other mental healthcare providers to find options when other treatments have failed.
Dr. Fatima Zaheer is a senior resident physician training at the HCA Florida Orange Park hospital general psychiatry residency program. She is originally from Toronto, Canada and moved to Florida to complete her residency training. She completed her bachelors of science from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada, and received her doctor of Medicine degree from Saba University school of medicine in the Caribbean. She has two beautiful girls who have joined her on this journey to become a psychiatrist. Her clinical interests include child and adolescent mental health along with women’s mental health and mood disorders. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking up a storm in the kitchen for everyone at home.
Noleidy Barreto, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating patients of all ages. She is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations while following evidence-based guidelines. Noleidy brings a holistic care philosophy and values interdisciplinary collaboration. She is culturally sensitive, empathetic, and particular about involving her clients to improve their outcomes.
Noleidy Barreto is originally from Havana, Cuba. She began her psychiatric career in 2010 at the River Point Behavioral Health inpatient psychiatric hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Since 2011, Noleidy has worked with diverse populations in inpatient psychiatric settings, including emergency stabilization, dual diagnosis and addiction, geriatric, and child and adolescent psychiatric units. In addition, she offered psychiatric services to veterans through the PHP/IOP program, focusing on medication management, psychotherapy, and trauma intervention. Noleidy has two years of experience at Memorial Hospital as a psychiatric nurse practitioner on the medical floor. Noleidy’s areas of interest include mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder. Noleidy has a passion for mental health and strongly supports incorporating therapy to unlock unused or forgotten abilities to manage and control one’s feelings, reactions, emotions, and fears. Noleidy has experience in psychotherapy and uses support therapy, CBT and mindfulness, and other techniques to treat various mental health issues. Noleidy is completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at the University of South Alabama and working on her quality improvement project to improve depressive symptoms with mindfulness-related breathing techniques.

Practice Administrator
Barney is the Practice Administrator and also the Billing Supervisor. He has lived in the Jacksonville Beach area for many years and is well known in his community. Before joining our practice he spent many years working for HP, traveling at a moments notice, handling major tech installments and improvements for large corporations. We are grateful to have him here with us at Beaches Behavioral.
Office Manager & Deep TMS Operator
Andrea is the Office Manger and also a TMS Operator here at Beaches Behavioral. She has a Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences from the University of North Florida with a minor in psychology. She plans to attend Physician Assistant school in the near future. Her passion to help others is what brought her here to our office.
