Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Alina M. Galliano- Pardo, MD, FAPA, FASAM completed her medical school and residency training at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Galliano-Pardo has been practicing psychiatry for over 20 years and has diagnosed and treated thousands of patients. She is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. She has extensive experience working with psychiatric and addiction patient’s inpatient, outpatient, and intensive outpatient programs.
Dr. Galliano-Pardo established Beaches Behavioral in Jacksonville Beach in 2011 for General Psychiatry services and created Beaches TMS and Brain Health in 2018 to meet the needs of patients with treatment resistant conditions. She is also currently the Medical Director of Wekiva Springs Intensive Outpatient Program at their Jacksonville Beach location.
Dr Galliano-Pardo is committed to personally evaluating and monitoring the treatment of the patients in her clinics from beginning to end. In a world of constant change, she is committed in using the best technologies and latest approaches with the goal of recovery and success for each of our patients. Using a collaborative approach, she works with psychiatrists and other mental healthcare providers to find options when other treatments have failed.
Dr. Sully is a senior resident physician training at the Orange Park Medical Center Psychiatry Residency program. He graduated from Benedictine Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and recieved his medical doctorate from Lincoln Memorial Univeristy DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Sully’s areas of interest include mood disorders, addiction, LGBTQ+ needs, and developmental psychopathology. He is trained in psychotherapy and uses CBT amongst other approaches to treat a wide array of mental health issues. Dr Sully is a Chicago native where he helped co-create art spaces and wellness programs that serve the inner city. He has also served as a committee member on the board for physician wellbeing. On his free time, Dr Sully enjoys exploring the first coast’s forest preserves, beaches, and resteraunts. At home, he is a father to two little ones but makes time for reading fiction, digital art, PC gaming, indoor rowing, and smoking some brisket.

Barney is the Practice Administrator and also the Billing Supervisor. He has lived in the Jacksonville Beach area for many years and is well known in his community. Before joining our practice he spent many years working for HP, traveling at a moments notice, handling major tech installments and improvements for large corporations. We are grateful to have him here with us at Beaches Behavioral.
Andrea is the Office Manger and also a TMS Operator here at Beaches Behavioral. She has a Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences from the University of North Florida with a minor in psychology. She plans to attend Physician Assistant school in the near future. Her passion to help others is what brought her here to our office.
